The Group’s subsidiary company, GlobalCapital Life Insurance Co. Ltd, acts as a principal for all Life insurance products.

Health insurance services are provided through another of the Group’s subsidiary, GlobalCapital Health Insurance Agency Ltd (the Agency). The Agency acts as a country representative for Bupa in Malta – the prestigious health insurance principal present across the globe.

The Group is also active across the fund and investment markets, offering tailor-made solutions to a very specific, niche market. The Group’s property assets are constantly under revision with a view of divesting the local property portfolio.

Following an Initial Public Offering (IPO) in 2001, GlobalCapital was listed on the Malta Stock Exchange (MSE: GC) and subsequently launched a bond issue maturing in 2016. In addition to the general public, the Group’s shareholders include a mixture of local and international shareholders.

The Group has developed into a leading provider of insurance products in Malta, operating a large network of Tied Insurance Intermediaries.
